- Manage high pressure die casting (HPDC) production processes to ensure effective and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to tooling, molds, and material selection.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in HPDC production management or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum die casting processes, including design for manufacturability.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
