- Should possess the ability to collaborate independently with business resources to understand complex data details, in addition to independently construct and develop models (Could be any Cloud native AI / Vertex AI).
- Capability to understand the data, engage with business resources effectively, and drive outcomes, alongside their technical proficiency and learning adoptability, remains the primary focus.
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills, Organizational and workload management, interpersonal and team building skills are required.
- Proven ability to interpret stakeholder needs into technical solutions, not just implementing what the stakeholders ask for, but what they need.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical data analysis results to businesspeople and business processes, challenges, and issues to technical people. Experience in AIML, Python coding and API Calls using Python is required.
