Preparation & Reviewing safety manual. Implementing static electricity prevention techniques and regular monitoring in daily inspection, Implementation and monitoring of work permit systems. Daily Checking of earthing & bonding system. Carryout HAZOP study for current product.

Conducting safety oath, Tool box talk & tea talk on daily basis.

Organize Safety Committee Meeting once in a month & minutes recording. Periodic On Site Emergency Mock Drill & Review the onsite emergency plan. Celebration of National Safety Day, World. Environmental Day, Chemical Disaster Prevention Day etc. Conducting Safety promotional activities such as competitions in posters, slogans, essay writings etc.

Scheduling, Organizing external safety training once in a month.

Training to the employees on Environment, Safety, occupational Health (EOHS), Fire etc. Training on awareness about wearing PPEs. And 6 M Safety.

Maintaining all Environment and safety records as per statutory requirements.

Accident analysis statistics report (frequency rate, severity rate,



incident rate).Submission of stack report , CFO Compliance , water cess, Form 3,4,5 & 13 and keeping acknowledge copy of the same. Maintain the documents related to ISO, GMP, USFDA etc (legal evaluation report).Maintain the checklist related scrubber, oxygen cylinder, Fire extinguisher, AFT, FM-2000, rupture disc , Fire Hydrant, CAFS etc.

Organize external safety audits and 100% compliance for the same. Conduct internal safety audits, & their follow-up and implementation of recommendations. Investigation of all accidents, incidents, near miss reports occurred. Incident/ Accident investigation and analysis

To ensure the environmental compliances pertaining to the job discretions of day to day activities as per ISO 14001: 2015 requirements.

To ensure HIRA of each process, JSA risk Analysis Ect.

Effectively implementing MOC(Management of Change)

Verifying DW/ External audit compliance and updating to the Management

Ensure all the activities comply with EHS regulations and policies. Ensure Zero accident / Incident at work place

Ensure all the activities / documentation as per the cGMP guideline
