Salary Range: 15,000 – 30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking highly driven, revenue-focused Marketing Executives with proven experience in hospital or healthcare marketing. This is a target-oriented field role responsible for generating patient referrals, corporate business, and institutional tie-ups.

Candidates must have prior experience in trade/corporate marketing, doctor coordination, government liaisoning, and organizing medical outreach activities.

Revenue & Performance Expectations

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned by management.
- Generate consistent referral volumes from doctors and clinics.
- Develop minimum 5–10 new referral contacts per month.
- Increase corporate tie-ups and institutional business.
- Submit daily field visit and conversion reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong referral network with doctors and healthcare providers.




- Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments for patient conversion.
- Drive corporate marketing and trade partnerships.
- Liaison with government officials and scheme-related departments.
- Organize health camps, screening drives, and awareness programs.
- Promote hospital specialties and services in the field.
- Identify new growth opportunities and revenue channels.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years relevant experience in hospital/healthcare marketing (Mandatory).
- Experience in corporate marketing and government coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred for field visits.
