Position: Tender Executive

Definition: A Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Search and monitor tender portals such as government and private procurement websites.

Review tender documents and understand eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Prepare and submit tender documents before deadlines.

Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, technical, and operations teams to collect required information.

Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.

Maintain records of all submitted tenders, bid status, and results.

Obtain and manage documents such as EMD, Bank Guarantees, certificates, and compliance documents.

Ensure all bids comply with client requirements and company policies.

Respond to client queries and participate in pre-bid meetings when required.

Track tender outcomes and maintain a database of wins and losses.

Coordinate contract execution after successful bid awards.





Maintain updated company profiles, registrations, certifications, and statutory documents required for tender participation.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of tendering and bid management

Solid documentation and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good communication and negotiation skills

Time management and attention to detail

Knowledge of government procurement portals such as the Government e-Marketplace and Central Public Procurement Portal

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field)

35 years of experience in tendering, bid management, procurement, or sales support

Experience handling government and private-sector tenders
