Purpose/Objective

This role must ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Responsibili-ties of the job include implementation of various maintenance practices, Mainte-nance schedules & maintaining the machine availability as per given target.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1 Hand on mechanical maintenance work experience in PLC/ CNC and SPM machine and highly automated robotics-controlled machines 2 Sound knowledge of Mechanical Engineering drawing and hands on experience in repair and maintenance of various machine elements like spindle, guideways, various bearings and its maintenance 3 Sound knowledge of PLC/ CNC machines, Lubrication system etc.
Should have fair understanding of the maintenance KPIs - MTBF, MTTR, UP Time as per set target 4 Understand the importance of Preventive maintenance Plan and its effective adherence.
5 Sound knowledge and experience in pneumatics and hydraulics 6 Sound knowledge in Machine Accuracy– Geometrical, ATC / Pallet Alignment, guideways Alignment etc.
7 Hand on Experience in repairs of cylinders valves, spindles etc.
8 Responsible for TPM.
Active participation in Kaizens, 5S and Process improvement.
MIS.
9 Awareness of ISO, OHSAS System and Maintenance Management system 10 Basic Understanding of electrical circuits, PLC and its components.




11 Basic Knowledge of Electrical Drawing, Spare parts & its management Key Stakeholders - Internal: Junior Engineer - Maintenance & Engineering Engineer - Maintenance & Engineering Senior Engineer - Maintenance & Engineering Lead - Maintenance & Engineering Key Stakeholders - External: N/A

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background: - Diploma In Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 Year Experience Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years related experience in CNC /PLC/SPM/Assembly line machine maintenanace - Hands on experience in maintenance of PLC and CNC machines - Hand on experience in conventional machine Maintenance - Hands on in Preventive Maintenance Sound knowhow of different Mechanical tools and its usages Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of tools, lubrication, PPE, and safety compliance.
Familiarity with routine equipment upkeep and escalation protocols for operational faults.
