1. Strong technical skills who analyses the issues both from technical standpoint and understands the functionality.
2. That the resource must have debugging skills, knowledge of various SAP modules (especially MM/FI and SD).
3. The resource will work on MM/SD and FI objects and experience in these areas will be highly preferred.
4. Proficient in user exits, BAPI s BADI s and interfaces. Good understanding of business process with problem solving skills and drive the issues to resolution.
5. Valuable communication and teamwork skills carry high weightage.
6. Required experience: 10+ years
