- Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of medicines and admit patients.
- Contact associations and increase number of contacts.
- Draw attention of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to address problems and queries raised.
- Place orders for additional items and restock shelves.
- Maintain daily records of medicine consumables and indent usage.
- Organize the pharmacy efficiently for easier and faster product identification.
- Check batch expiry dates of medicines following FIFO protocol.
- Monitor and analyze the health of patients and respect the drugs given to them.
- Supervise the medicine store and take proper care of medicines.
- Provide assistance with medical services like injections and blood pressure/temperature measurements.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.
- Requirements:
- B Pharmacy or D Pharmacy with a valid license.
- Experience range of 0 to 3 years in stores/pharmacy.
- Graduation degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm) or relevant.
- Knowledge of maintaining records, pharmacy files, and inventories.
- Valuable communication skills to listen to customer needs and provide relevant information and advice.
- Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Qualifications:
- Graduation in B Pharmacy, D Pharmacy, or M Pharmacy.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Council in the respective state.
- Diploma holders in pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized university or institute.
- Obtain a valid license as per the location's regulations.
