Key Responsibilities: -

1.Manage day-to-day warehouse operations - Superwise warehouse staff and perfomance / Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedure / Optimaize warehouse utilaization and work flow efficiency / ensure compliance with company policy / prepare operational reports and performance metrics / manage warehouse budget and controal operational cost / oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facility.
2.Fulfillment Efficiency & Speed (TAT). - Monitor the end-to-end turnaround time (TAT) from the moment an order is placed/received in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) until it is handed over to the 3PL/courier partner. This directly impacts customer satisfaction and marketplace SLA adherence.
3.Inventory Accuracy & Stock Integrity - Ensures that physical stock perfectly matches the digital inventory in the ERP/WMS. In fashion e-commerce, wrong-item sorting (mismatched sizes/colors) is a major issue; this KRA focuses on rigorous cycle counting and minimizing shrinkage/damage during storage.
4.Reverse Logistics & RTO (Return to Origin) Processing Time - Fashion e-commerce faces heavy return rates (often 25-40%). This KRA tracks how quickly returned items are received, quality-checked (QC), refurbished/re-packaged, and put back on the shelf ('put-away') to be sold again, maximizing inventory turnover.




5.Coordination between Warehouse, Business, and Internal Audit Teams - To strengthen alignment with core business goals, I established a regular cadence of meetings with the business & Internal audit team to collaboratively review inventory levels, sales forecasts, and promotional plans. This enhanced communication enabled seamless cross-functional planning with the SCM and Brand teams, ensuring the warehouse was strategically prepared to meet demand for new product launches and promotional activities.
6.Inventory managment - As an inventory manager, the target is to store the products properly and to ensure its safety, keeping the inventory products as per the FIFO basis. Keep track of good-to-positive movements,cross checking the audit Cycle counts and to keep the inventory accurate and safe, ensure to close quaterly / yearly internal & external audits smooth closer.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
