Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess patients to ensure appropriate care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust patient care plans.
- Educate and support families on newborn care and development.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid RN license.
- 1-5 years of experience in NICU or relevant nursing experience.
- Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and/or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC).
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and high-stress environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients and their families.
