Job Title: Sales Officer Paints / Adhesives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the paints/adhesives segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer/distributor networks, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, painters, architects, and builders
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities




- Maintain daily reports on sales visits, pipeline, and order status
- Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support)

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- sales experience in paints, adhesives, construction chemicals, or building materials
- Solid knowledge of dealer/distribution networks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
