- Drive collections efficiency across all delinquent buckets.
- Ensure collection practices adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI norms).
- Monitor daily collection targets vs achievement and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and field visits.
Plan and execute field visits for critical and high-value accounts

- Graduate / Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rural lending / Vehicle finance / MSME lending
- With Tractor loans / Farm equipment finance may also be considered
