- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, fund flow statements, and other relevant reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
- Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role within an NBFC industry.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
- Proficiency in preparing various types of financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement etc.
- Hands-on experience on MS -Excel
