Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and implement new business opportunities related to Agri-biotech | agriculture| horticulture | food processing | Agri-based industries | recent crops | new geographies | new products | trading.
- Extend business support for Flora’s activities in terms of sales, nursery management, farm management, MIS reports, technical services, technology upgradation etc
- Prepare business plan and annual sales budget.
- Ensure supply chain optimisation of all finished products and raw materials.
- Initiate and implement digitization initiatives and explore modern technologies which can add value to the business.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by extending timely services and endeavor to constantly improve based on customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.




- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to department policies and SOPs.
- Perform the role of people manager.

Job Requirements :

- Qualification - B.Sc. | M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Horticulture/Agriculture) and MBA (Agri Business Management)

- 3-5 years of experience in agribusiness or a related field (e.g., agriculture sales, agriculture marketing, Horticulture Industry ).

- Strong understanding of food technology, food processing, and agriculture principles.
- Proven track record of developing successful business plans or proposals for start-ups or early-stage companies.
