Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warden in managing daily hostel operations.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Supervise hostel routines, attendance, study hours, and meal schedules.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises.
- Handle student concerns and coordinate with parents when required.
- Maintain hostel records and support administrative activities.
- Assist in handling emergencies and ensuring compliance with hostel rules.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 23 years of experience in a residential school, hostel, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to stay on campus (Residential Position).
