Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Voice Support Executives. The role involves handling customer interactions over phone, providing excellent support, identifying customer needs, and promoting relevant products/services through effective upselling techniques.

Candidates with Digital Marketing knowledge are highly preferred. Freshers with a positive understanding of Digital Marketing concepts are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Educate customers about digital marketing solutions and services.




- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Update customer records and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Follow organizational processes, compliance, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including:
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads/PPC
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing

- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
