Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development and analytics teams.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and track their effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and gap analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced or retail/e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
