Urgent Requirement

Position - MST Electrician

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Attend daily maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Carry out routine inspections of utility equipment and building services.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Replace and repair switches, sockets, lights, pumps, valves, and other building equipment.
- Assist in HVAC, DG, fire safety, and utility maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.

Qualification

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Wireman, Electronics, or a related technical trade.

Experience

- 25 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in facility management, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, industrial plants, or corporate campuses.
