- Achieve Production Targets
- Ensure production is completed as per the CWO/Production Schedule while meeting productivity targets and minimizing downtime.

- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to reduce defects and customer returns.
- Optimize Resource Utilization
- Efficiently manage manpower, machines, materials, and inventory to minimize wastage and maximize machine uptime.
- Ensure Safety and 5S Compliance
- Maintain proper material stacking, follow fire safety guidelines, and adhere to 5S standards to create a secure and organized workplace.
- Lead and Develop the Team
- Conduct regular worker meetings, allocate resources effectively, make timely production and quality decisions, and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
