- Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend & backend)
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and best practices
- Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions
- Provide solutions for complex technical challenges
Application Development
- Design and develop scalable web applications using:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
- Angular / React / JavaScript frameworks
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work on database design and optimization (SQL Server / NoSQL)
Architecture & Design
- Define solution architecture and system design
- Implement microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security
Cloud & DevOps
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have)
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Quality & Security
- Implement secure coding practices
- Ensure application quality through unit testing and automation
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting
Required Skills
Backend
- Solid expertise in:
- C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP services
- 9 13 years of overall software development experience
- Minimum 2 4 years in a lead role
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise applications
Experience in Agile methodology
