Summary Of the Positions:

Looking for Accountant having 5 to 10 years of valuable Knowledge on accounting and Taxation. Strong analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain accounting transactions, including:
- Journal Entries
- Purchase Entries
- Sales Entries
- Bank Payments
- Bank Receipts

- Perform accounting activities using SAP.
- Prepare and reconcile creditor outstanding statements (aging-wise) from SAP with the Trial Balance (TB).
- Manage GST compliance, including:

- Input GST
- Output GST
- GST Return Filing

- Prepare and upload bank payment files through online banking portals.
- Handle TDS compliance, including:

- TDS deduction
- Applicable sections
- Return filing and reconciliations

- Maintain Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset records.
- Pass month-end closing entries and assist in financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and independently prepare schedules, reconciliations,



and documents required for audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

- Financial Accounting

- Bank Payment Processing
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Month-End Closing
- Audit Coordination

- Experience in preparing reconciliations and financial reports.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills

- SAP (Accounting Module)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good working knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
