- Good understanding of mobile and compute SoCs, peripherals, and different device variants.
- Experience in device setup, Android/Windows flashing, firmware updates, and ADB.
- Manage device procurement, inventory, and required lab components.
- Coordinate with program analysts and prototype teams for lab requirements.
- Support power and performance testing, including RCM board setup.
- Use and maintain lab debugging tools like JTAG/Lauterbach, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Troubleshoot device, hardware, and automation issues as needed.
- Work closely with lab support and management for day-to-day operations and escalations.
- Provide weekly updates on inventory and measurement status.
- Robust ownership, willingness to learn, and prior experience in a similar Qualcomm lab role is preferred.
