JOB DISCRIPTION

Role: FP&A;

Reporting to: CFO

Work location: Bangalore Country: India

ROLE & REPONSIBILITIES

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and provide insights
- Assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Partner with business teams to support cost control and performance tracking
- Support management and investor presentations

Job Summary

The FP&A; professional will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business

decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on FP&A; exposure, and the ability to work

closely with business stakeholders.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 4-5 years of post qualification hands-on experience on FP&A.;
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP/BI tools preferred
- Qualified CA
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience on Ratio Analysis and Impairment.
