The ideal candidate will design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native AWS solutions while driving enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. This role involves architecting up-to-date applications, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimisation across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AWS cloud architectures.
- Architect serverless applications using AWS native services.
- Define cloud migration and cloud adoption strategies.
- Design microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Optimise AWS environments for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch and observability tools.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience with Agentic AI and MCP architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Performance tuning, monitoring, and cost optimisation using CloudWatch.
