We're Hiring | Senior Staff Engineer AI/ML (Computer Vision)

We are hiring for the position of Senior Staff Engineer AI/ML (Computer Vision) for a leading global MedTech product organization.

Experience: 11-14 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML and Computer Vision solutions from design to deployment.
- Design, develop, validate, optimize, and deploy scalable AI models for production environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and execution plans.
- Build high-performance Computer Vision and Deep Learning solutions using modern AI frameworks.
- Drive inference optimization and model deployment for real-world applications.
- Leverage Agentic AI to accelerate software development while ensuring quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review AI-generated code and technical artifacts to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready AI solutions.
- Identify technical risks, mentor engineering teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience in Python programming.
- Hands-on expertise in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence,



Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of AI Systems Engineering, Algorithms, System Design, Software Engineering, Model Evaluation, and Inference Optimization.
- Experience with TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO for model optimization and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
- Experience building and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI-assisted development, and code review workflows is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device domain or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML products with a focus on performance, quality, and reliability.
