Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven In-House Sales Executive to join our perfume store. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable fragrances, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations based on their preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including fragrance notes, brands, and collections.
- Assist customers in selecting perfumes, gift sets, and related products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and arranging new stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally according to company policies.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.




- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company standards for visual merchandising.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1 to 4years of retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail.
- excellent communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
