Job Description

Ceracin is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Back Office Sales Executive (Female) to manage online customer inquiries and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, email, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements through phone calls and online communication.
- Prepare and send quotations/offers based on customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly on quotations and inquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and production teams for timely order execution.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide product information.




- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-up.

Requirements

- Female candidate preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART and B2B online inquiries is preferred.
- Robust communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Experience

- 13 years of experience in back office sales, inside sales, or customer support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
