MNR University is looking for a agile and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills with a strong ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with academic departments and the admissions team for smooth processing of applications.
- Conduct campus tours and participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admissions Counselling, Education Counselling, Student Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Experience in the education or higher education sector is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
