Job Summary

The Vice President will design the strategic blueprint for corporate expansion, brand equity layout, and overall top-line revenue growth for The Urban Properties. This executive role steers multi-site operations, directs departmental heads, and manages high-net-worth investor relations. Strategic sales and marketing and overall project handling and Administration. In house handling. Approved Project within city limits which is ready for registration and construction.

Required Competencies

- Authoritative knowledge of Bengaluru's micro-market valuations.
- Excellent executive presentation, negotiation skills, and board-level reporting.
- Demonstrated history of successfully scaling real estate corporate assets.
