Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar operations or support role is preferred.
