Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Candidate from Insurance/Sales/Credit Card Sales/Field Sales background would be preferred.

2. Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel

3. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.

4. Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.

5. Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales.

6. Conduct continuous agent training program.

7. Develop and maintain solid relationships with agents and clients.

Skills Required:

1. Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.

2. Industry Experience will be preferred.

3. Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.

4. Must be able to work under pressure.

5. Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.

Maximum CTC- 4LPA

Minimum Qualification Graduation
