Job Summary

Leon's Grill is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be a CA Inter qualified professional with experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry. The role involves financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, reconciliations, and supporting business finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor food cost, inventory valuation,



and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Ensure timely accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Support process improvements and financial controls.
- Work closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA Inter qualification is preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
- Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Retail will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, MIS, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Reconciliations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
