Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow SecOps Developer with hands-on experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (VR, SIR, TI).
- Configure workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations and automate security workflows.




- Support CMDB, ITSM, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps (VR, SIR, TI).
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and vulnerability management.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR)
- CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)
