Role & responsibilities

1. FG Readiness & Dispatch Planning

- Ensure finished goods availability as per shipment schedule by closely coordinating with factory, production, and planning teams.
- Align production plans with dispatch timelines, intimate for container planning, and PI revisions based on actual FG availability.
- Track GSV against dispatch targets and proactively highlight supply or shipment risks to stakeholders.

2. Export Compliance, Sampling & Statutory Requirements

- Coordinate end-to-end Spices Board sampling, external lab sampling, and interactions with statutory authorities to meet export requirements.
- Arrange COC inspections for Qatar and Saudi shipments and ensure timely renewal of statutory certificates.




- Maintain and share sampling status updates to support timely export documentation and shipment readiness.

3. Systems, Reporting & Service-Level Monitoring

- Support system-driven documentation and reporting processes to enable accurate, timely supply chain visibility through the team
- Consolidate and share S&OP; inputs covering sales performance, dispatch progress, and key supply chain updates.
- Track service-level fill rates, publish monthly IB fill-rate updates for KPI review, and escalate gaps requiring timely action.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of FMCG experience in export desirable
