organized Inward / Dispatch Manager to manage inward material handling and dispatch operations at our spice processing and packaging unit. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inward checks, proper documentation, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination of container stuffing and logistics activities.
The Inward / Dispatch Manager will work closely with production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams to ensure effective material movement and accurate reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inward material receiving and verification
Check quantity, quality, and documentation of inward materials
Supervise goods stuffing into containers as per dispatch plans
Handle dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment
Verify weight slips and loading details before dispatch
Coordinate with transporters and Sales team
Maintain inward and dispatch material records and reports
Ensure proper storage and material movement
Resolve dispatch or inward-related issues efficiently
