Job Title: Branch Service Manager

Budget: 35k-50k (based on the experience)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing branch service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving service revenue targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and breakdown support.

- Lead and manage service engineers, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely service delivery and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Track service KPIs, productivity, and revenue targets for the branch.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain service records, reports, and compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in service operations, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer handling ability.
