energetic and self-driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on the interested leads provided by the company
- Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings
- Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting




- Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
- Freshers can apply
- Kannada language mandatory
- Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory
- Positive communication & customer handling skills
- Comfortable with office + field sales role
- Target-driven and ambitious mindset

50% Office Work: Calling, lead follow-up & scheduling

50% Field Work: Customer visits & closures
