- Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers for battery, Inverter, solar solutions.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with products and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of serviced products, including work completed, parts used, and follow-up actions required.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in after sales service or a related field (e.g., field service, servicing).
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, home appliances, and gadgets; ability to troubleshoot common problems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers; solid problem-solving abilities.
