The Alliance Ecosystem within Tally is focused on managing our relationship with Alliance Partners. As part of our strategy, we develop high quality alliances with large technology firms like Meta, Amazon, Oracle, as well as with banks and regulatory bodies like GSTN to build powerful connected services for our customers.

You will work closely with the Alliance Partners to ensure consistent delivery of delightful customer experiences and collaborative associations across geographies.

The Developer Ecosystem team at Tally is committed to empowering the developer community, including Tally-certified partners and alliance partners. The team designs and delivers technical content, frameworks, and tools that empower developers to create seamless custom solutions on TallyPrime using Tally Definition Language. They assist in managing large projects and creating seamless integration solutions between Tally and third-party applications. The team also provides learning opportunities through online courses and certifications on Tally Definition Language (TDL). The team manages a marketplace that showcases developer solutions, connecting them with millions of customers in need of business solutions, fostering a win-win situation for both developers and customers.

What You Will Own

Your responsibilities will include contributing to the testing of strategic frameworks for integrating third-party applications and for Tally marketplace.



You will collaborate with various departments and partners to shape the solutions that are available on Tally Marketplace, with an emphasis on enhancing quality solutions and customer first approach benefiting the existing and new customers, partner ecosystem and position Tally Marketplace as a go to place for enhancing Tallys ability.

Experience You Should Bring

- Good Understanding in STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Experience of testing desktop applications, preferably in the financial domain, especially accounting and inventory.
- Automation experience with positive Programming skills expertise in scripting languages like Python.
- Understanding of OS fundamentals, system architecture component interactions.
- Experience of testing applications for on-prem and hosted applications on AWS, OCI, Azure and similar platforms.
- Good debugging skills.
- Testing integrations and connection (middleware) platforms including APIs, web-socket and similar approaches.
- 1+ years of experience leading testing team with overall 7+ years of testing experience.
- Experienced with tools like postman, selenium and similar tools for testing.

What You Will Be Doing
- Build and lead a team of test engineers.
- Design Develop tools, test automation framework for various solutions listed on Tally Marketplace.
- Design Develop performance testing framework for on premise as well as cloud systems.
- Defining Executing E2E test strategy for a major release comprising of complex modules/features/components by understanding end to end objective and the design architecture of the same.
- Focus on continuous improvements and optimization through test automation executed in CI approach, utilizing methodologies/test techniques, deriving best practices so that testing solutions for new releases needs minimum time.
- Diagnose the complex issues and suggest plausible changes to partners.
- Ability to understand the big picture link the dependencies between solution testing and other functionalities of the product.
