Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OBPM Technical Consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Banking Payments / OBPM. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on OBPM 14.x versions and should be capable of handling implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing OBPM solutions based on business requirements. They should be able to understand OBPM functional flows, analyze technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include:

- Work on OBPM 14.x implementation, customization, and support activities.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize OBPM functionality as per project needs.
- Develop and modify components related to OBPM workflows, validations, interfaces, and integrations.
- Work on technical design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production issue resolution.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely fixes.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.




- Prepare technical documentation, deployment documents, and release notes.
- Ensure deliverables follow project standards and banking domain best practices.

Required Skills:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in OBPM technical implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with OBPM 14.x versions.
- Robust understanding of OBPM functionality and payment processing flows.
- Experience in OBPM configuration, customization, and technical development.
- Good knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Web Services, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Experience with Oracle database and application server environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and troubleshoot production problems.
- Understanding of banking/payment domain concepts such as domestic payments, cross-border payments, SWIFT, ISO messages, and payment lifecycle will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in OBPM implementation projects for banks or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Banking products and integration with core banking systems.
- Exposure to performance tuning, batch processing, and interface monitoring.
- Experience in preparing technical design documents and deployment plans.
