Spice Nest is looking for a responsible and experienced Labour Supervisor to manage and supervise shop-floor workers in our spice processing and packaging unit. The ideal candidate will ensure disciplined manpower management, smooth workflow, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and timely completion of production activities.
The Labour Supervisor will work closely with the Production Manager and QA team to maintain productivity, quality, and workplace discipline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily labour activities on the shop floor
Allocate work and ensure smooth production workflow
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and discipline
Ensure workers follow hygiene, safety, and GMP standards
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Monitor productivity and reduce idle time
Report labour issues to management
Assist in training workers on work methods and safety
Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks
