Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Project Executive to join our Program Management Office (PMO) in Bangalore. This is an outsourced, contractual role focused on the end-to-end execution of defense manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will bridge technical design with operational execution, ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Lifecycle Management: Track project timelines, plan resources,



and execute deliverables end-to-end
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to monitor and speed up project activities
- Stakeholder Management: Handle skilled communication, project updates, and operational tracking with external vendors and defense customers
- Document Review: Read and accurately interpret technical design documents to align manufacturing goals with engineering specs

Technical Competencies & SkillsEssential Requirements:

- Defense Experience: Prior background working inside a defense manufacturing industry environment
- Project Frameworks: Solid baseline understanding of product lifecycles, project milestones, and military (MIL) standards/quality compliance aspects
- Software Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

Desirable (Good to Have):

- Active hands-on experience using corporate SAP and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
- Deep familiarity with end-to-end defense procurement and delivery pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
