As our Product Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and evolving the technology behind Designity. Youll own the product strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution across our platform, creating better experiences for our clients, creatives, and internal team.

Working closely with leadership, youll identify opportunities, solve real user problems, and turn ideas into product improvements that make a measurable impact. This is a hands-on role where youll work directly in Airtable to optimize workflows, improve the platform, and bring new ideas to life, while using AI-powered tools like Lovable to accelerate experimentation and iteration.

Your Role

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Designitys client-facing, creative-facing, and internal platforms.
- Translate business goals and user feedback into clear product priorities
- Evaluate existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business impact and user value




- Collaborate closely with leadership and the internal team to define product requirements and deliver new features
- Own product execution from idea to launch by translating requirements into working solutions within our no-code platform.
- Configure workflows, automations, and product experiences in Airtable to rapidly test and ship improvements.
- Measure product success through data, user feedback, and continuous iteration
- Thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where ownership and adaptability are essential.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within startups or high-growth companies
- Experience building products and taking them through early growth stages
- Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap planning and prioritization
- Knowledge of no-code platforms such as Lovable, Airtable, and similar
- Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly using no-code and AI-native tools.
- Ability to identify low-hanging opportunities while balancing long-term product vision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience managing products that serve multiple user groups is highly preferred
- Comfortable working with lean, cross-functional teams without large organizational structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
