Job Description:

Highly experienced SAP WM/MM SME Functional Consultant to lead AMS (Application Management Support) operations. The role involves managing support teams, ensuring SLA adherence, driving continuous improvements, and acting as a functional expert for Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM).

Robust expertise in:

SAP LE-WM / WM and MM modules

Deep understanding of:

- Inventory management & warehouse processes
- Procurement lifecycle

Experience in:

- Incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Batch management and serial number management (preferred)
- Exposure to S/4HANA (Stock Room Management / Embedded EWM) is an advantage
- SME in Warehouse Management processes:
- Inbound, outbound, cross-docking
- Putaway and picking strategies
- Transfer order management
- Handling Unit Management (HUM) (preferred)
- Support warehouse structure design (Storage Types, Sections, Bins)
- Resolve complex WM issues and perform root cause analysis
- Work with RF devices / barcode integration (if applicable)
