Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical feasibility reports.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power plants.
- Prepare daily progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and electrical safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
- 24 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
- Good knowledge of solar system components, electrical drawings, and project execution.
- Ability to read SLDs, GA drawings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
