We're Hiring: Senior Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

Own plant reliability and uptime for our TopCon Bifacial G12R solar module manufacturing facility. Lead the maintenance team, drive preventive maintenance, and minimize production downtime.

What You Will Own

- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for equipment: stringers, laminators, EL/flash testers, auto-sorters, framing machines.
- Manage plant utilities: HT/LT electrical, compressed air, HVAC, DG sets, water treatment.
- Supervise and develop maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Maintain spare parts inventory and manage OEM/vendor relationships.
- Enforce safety: LOTO, PTW, PPE; drive zero-incident culture.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and line expansions.
- Maintain maintenance logs, MIS reports, and track OEE metrics.

What You Bring

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical,



Mechanical, or Mechatronics (or Diploma with relevant experience).
- 5- 10 years maintenance experience in manufacturing; solar module experience mandatory.
- Hands-on with module line equipment and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, and HT/LT systems.
- Experience in TPM, 5S, and lean maintenance practices.
- Team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and CMMS/ERP familiarity.

- Equipment uptime >95% and reduced unplanned breakdowns.
- Zero LTI related to maintenance activities.
- No production delays due to spare parts unavailability.
- High-performing maintenance team with clear SOPs.
