We are looking for an Account Manager Client Servicing to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication
- Understand client requirements and brief internal teams
- Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in client servicing / account management
- Experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Mass Communication
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Robust desktop skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, content or copywriting
- Digital marketing certifications are an advantage
