Job Title: GenAI / ML Engineer (Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI / Machine Learning Engineer with robust expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models.
- Build RAG-based solutions using vector databases and embeddings.
- Develop scalable NLP and AI applications using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Optimize model performance through prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Deploy and monitor ML models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
- Implement best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.

Required Skills





- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Expertise in ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
- Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and model deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

- 4+ Years in AI/ML Development
