- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, inventory management, merchandising, and computer applications (MS Excel, POS, ERP), with solid problem-solving and time management abilities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in supermarket or retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
