Job Responsibilities:

- Handle collection activities for tractor loan customers.
- Follow up with overdue customers for EMI payments.
- Visit customers in the field for recovery and relationship management.
- Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Handle delinquent accounts and minimize overdue cases.

Required Skills:

- Basic collection and recovery knowledge.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Field work handling experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in NBFC or banking collection profile preferred.
- Candidate should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage
